With Mauro Icardi looking set to leave PSG this month, the club have set their price for the Argentine at 30m euros. Juventus are hoping to lure the striker back to Serie A, which could then pave the way for Alvaro Morata to join Barcelona.
18:30 GMT: Everton sign El Ghazi
Aston Villa have confirmed that Anwar El Ghazi has left to club to join Everton on loan.
17:30 GMT: Newcastle go shopping in Seville
There are doubts over Diego Carlos’ future with Sevilla as Newcastle, the world’s richest club, are planning a move for the defender. A fee of 70m euros is being mooted, plus a huge salary for the player.
16:30 GMT: Dortmund after another starlet
Denis Zakaria will leave Borussia Monchengladbach, but not Germany with Dortmund eyeing a move for the midfielder, but according to Sport1, Manchester United boss Ralf Rangnick is also contemplating a move too.
15:30 GMT: Mata could join Real Sociedad
Juan Mata, whose contract at Manchester United expires on June 30, has had an informal meeting with Real Sociedad president Jokin Aperribay, according to Cadena SER. The 33-year-old could join La Real next summer.

Manchester United are continuing to speak with Mauricio Pochettino about taking over at Old Trafford next season, while Paris Saint-Germain are already planning to have Zinedine Zidane as their next head coach, according to Le Parisien.

Cedric Bakambu became free agent after leaving Beijing Guoan and had been linked with a possible move to Barcelona, but Marseille have now confirmed the arrival of the former Villarreal striker.
14:00 GMT: Rudiger talks with Chelsea
Antonio Rudiger is in talks with Chelsea over a new deal at Stamford Bridge, say the Athletic. The German centre-back’s contract is currently set to expire on June 30.
13:00 GMT: Two impressive signings at Getafe
Getafe have made two noteworthy additions by bringing in Borja Mayoral and Gonzalo Villar on loan from Roma until the end of the season.
12:00 GMT: Newcastle eye Van de Beek
Newcastle United want to sign Manchester United midfielder Donny van de Beek on loan with an option to buy. Should he arrive at St James’ Park, the Dutchman would be the Magpies‘ third signing of the January transfer window.

Alvaro Gonzalez has been told by Marseille coach Jorge Sampaoli that he can leave the club this month, according to L’Equipe.
11:00 GMT: Yusuf Demir returns to Rapid Wien
Barcelona have confirmed that Yusuf Demir‘s season-long loan spell at the club has been cut short, so he will return to Rapid Wien.

Aston Villa have announced the arrival of Lucas Digne, who joins for 25 million from Everton.

09:30 GMT: Dybala won’t renew at Juventus
Paulo Dybala has decided to not renew his contract at Juventus, according to Cesar Luis Merlo, who is a specialist in transfers for TyC Sports. The 28-year-old reportedly did not like the fact that the Bianconeri changed the terms of the initial deal they offered him.
09:00 GMT: Arteta wants Arthur at Arsenal
Mikel Arteta is keen for Arsenal to sign Juventus midfielder Arthur Melo in this January transfer window, but La Gazzetta dello Sport claim that the Bianconeri want to bring in a replacement first.
08:30 GMT: Fight for Julian Alvarez
River Plate striker Julian Alvarez has attracted interest from a whole host of European clubs, including Barcelona, Manchester United, Real Madrid, Juventus, AC Milan and Atletico Madrid.
Reports in Argentina now suggest that his agent, Fernando Hidago, is currently in Europe weighing up the 21-year-old’s options.
“Julian Alvarez has earned a place in the market like [Erling] Haaland and [Alvaro] Morata,” Fernando Hidalgo told the Argentinian newspaper Ole.
It is thought that Alvarez, who has scored 18 goals and provided seven assists in 21 league matches this season, could be available for a fee of 20 million euros.
08:00 GMT: Cristiano Ronaldo to Brazil?
Manchester United forward Cristiano Ronaldo has hinted during an interview with ESPN that he could play in Brazil.
“It’s a country I have a lot of respect for, I know a lot about Brazil. Nobody knows about playing there. Nobody said I would come back to Manchester United at 36 and here I am,” said Cristiano, who declared himself a fan of Ronaldinho and Ronaldo Nazario.
“Playing in Brazil? I don’t know. It’s far from what I’m thinking at the moment. But in football everything is possible, I don’t know.
“I don’t like comparisons. I prefer to say that Ronaldo, Ronaldinho and I have left our legacy, our history. I can say I won more individual trophies than them, but they both won the World Cup. I sympathise with them a lot.
“These are two players I grew up watching. To say who is the best, who is second? It’s not the most important thing. I prefer to stay with the fact that they are idols and they left a beautiful history in football.”
